- ¼ cup ground cinnamon
½ tablespoon ground nutmeg
½ tablespoon ground clove
½ tablespoon ground ginger
½ tablespoon ground cardamom
- Add all ingredients to a bowl and mix well.
Use to this spice make Chai tea or other chai-flavored items, like my Chai Almond Latte or Chai-Spiced Soft Serve.
